1. Why does STR say its main "services are often free"?
On customer request Sino-Trade Rescue can attempt to lower your actual transaction costs from China even if purchase orders have already been made. Although we cannot guarantee succeeding with every trade, over 75% of our clients actually paid less for their trade using our Rescue Service.
2. What percentage of the business transaction does STR ask for?
We generally ask for 5% total, dividing this between 2.5% coming from your company and 2.5% coming from the Chinese side. This is important, not only to spread the costs (i.e. between your company and theirs) but equally shows the level of commitment on their side. Without commitment on all sides, most transactions are not successful. This is one of the criteria STR uses in the "Verification" stage.
3. What is the Rescue Service Plus?
Upon customers' requests, Sino-Trade Rescue attempts to lower your actual transaction costs from China even if purchase orders have already been made. Although we cannot guarantee succeeding with every single trade, over 75% of our clients actually ended paying less for their trade deals using our Rescue Service. 4. Does the STR Rescue fee cover all the costs for the buyer besides purchasing the goods from the Chinese manufacturer?
The fee provides for STR work which is identifying and solving the problems and supervising your trade transaction to success. It does not provide for basic costs such as logistics, banking, shipping etc. STR can help you lowering these costs significantly though.
