1. Sino-Trade Rescue will attend Canton Fair instead of you to save your flying time and cost. Send us your detailed requirements, and either STR will meet your appointed Chinese suppliers in Canton Fair and inspect sample products and manufactory, or we can also provide a list of Chinese suppliers for your choice. The STR Rescue Service
- THE STR RESCUE SERVICE IS AN EXTENSIVE PACKAGE designed to solve every aspect of trade transaction in China. It includes the following areas:
- Negotiations: After taking your case on, STR prioritizes each area that will put your transaction back on track. Each one of these areas requires negotiation.
1. Terms with the supplier from China, pricing
2. Banking
3. Logistics
4. Government Licensing/Customs
There are many qualities that STR project managers have. However, none is more key to our service and to our customers than negotiation. For instance, due to our negotiation of best terms, STR can generally (about 75% of the cases) achieve much lower prices than our client can directly. Even after our fee, our transactions are normally lower than if your company handles the business itself directly! - Quality Control/Inspections: Worried about the quality of what you have ordered? We make it part of our service to collect all quality documentation from the Chinese company (e.g. ISO, testing, standard certificates, etc.). If quality can not be confirmed, STR can arrange for a specilalist 3rd party, for an additional nominal fee, to carry out extremely thorough Quality Control on site on your behalf.
- Logistics: STR coordinates your shipments through your existing freight forwarder relationships or through our own. We have over 15 years' experience with some of the same shippers -- people who regularly work with our project managers to:
- Inspect goods before they are loaded.
- Take pictures at specific points in the shipping process.
- Submit and provide timely documents necessary for customs clearance, letter of credit processing, export licensing, and more, according to the payment terms we'll have worked on with you already.
- Banking: STR will work with your existing banks, lawyers, escrow account managers, etc. to get to success. Alternatively, we can lend our relationships and financial strength to get the job done!
- Coordinating letters of credit.
- Negotiation for cash-for-document terms.
- Acting as the escrow account holder.
- Advising on more economical banking for large transactions.
- Doing due diligence on your partner's financial abilities.
- Mitigating risk on fluctuating exchange rates.

So how does it work?
It is easy and quick:

3. The VERIFY stage starts immediately - based on the informations provided STR will VERIFY the transaction and decide to take the case or not.
4. If the case is taken by STR, contract is signed.
This stage takes less than 72 hours - then the Rescue process is effectively started!
On average STR missions last 4 weeks, depending on the complexity of the transaction.

- Purchase Agent: You may already know that STR is excellent at "saving the deals" (the STR Rescue service), but did you know that STR also acts as a normal Purchase Agent? STR employees have over 15 years purchasing experience in mainland China.
This includes sourcing the right product at the right price according to your specifications, inspecting the factories to meet your requirement, plus all the negotiations and coordination that allow you to have the best terms, quality and on time shipping.
If you are using Alibaba, Tradekey or another online matching system, that is fine. You’ve done part of the leg-work. Now, let us do the heavy lifting. Most likely the terms we can negotiate for you mean that our service ends up being free for you.

- Cargo Insurance: Freight forwarders are generally insured but in most cases this is merely an extension of their own liability insurance. This means that the carrier shall indemnify his client according to his own responsibility only and which excludes cases of "force majeure" (e.g. storms). In addition, the compensation does not cover the true value of the goods. There is therefore a real risk here. Sino-Trade Rescue can check first if your goods are properly insured and can help you buy a specific insurance to protect your goods wich are at risk during transport.
- Translation: Are your materials already translated into the language of your customers? If not STR rigorous process for translating and editing using industry experts means your translations are accurate and properly layed out both in printed or digital formats - from Chinese to all the main languages.
