1. What kinds of negotiations does STR do?
STR negotiates with factories, trading companies, banks, freight forwarders and other parties on your behalf.
2. How does STR verify the Chinese party?
We utilize a variety of methods including phone number verification, ICP government records, local partners, 20 years of business relations and visits, if necessary. Since we are based in China this is easier for STR than for your company if you don’t have an office here.
3. What does logistics service include?
All logistics from the Chinese manufacturer to the destination port. If you’re already working with a freight forwarder of your own, we can coordinate with them. Otherwise, we have several we’ve worked with here in China over the years and have good trust with them.
4. Does STR provide general export-import services (eg sourcing) like the trading companies?
Yes, within the conditions of our Rescue service, Canton Fair Agent service or Purchasing Agent service.
5. Does STR handle after-shipment quality or quantity issues?
Provided that STR managed that deal, we will immediately review your claims with the Chinese manufacturer and do our very best to resolve the issue as soon as possible. We make it part of our service to collect all quality documentation from the Chinese company (e.g. ISO, testing, standard certificates, etc.) and visit the factory if required. However be aware that only the Chinese manufacturer can verify every item of every shipment.
